VIRTUAL Workshop for Women Founders

America/New_York
Add to calendar:
You have a business. You think you may be ready to raise capital. Now what?

Raising investment isn't just about creating a pitch deck and asking for money. Founders need to understand whether outside investment is right for their business, how much capital they actually need, what investors will expect to see, and how to build a strategy for finding and approaching the right investors.

The Accelerating Angels Foundation Investor Ready Workshop is a hands-on session designed to help women founders better understand the fundraising process and leave with a practical plan for moving forward.

We'll take you behind the investor lens and work through the questions founders need to answer before beginning a raise.

You'll learn how to:

  • Determine whether angel or venture capital is the right fit for your business
  • Understand your funding options and the tradeoffs of each
  • Determine how much you should raise based on your next major business milestones
  • Think strategically about runway and use of funds
  • Understand what investors evaluate when considering a company
  • Build and manage a targeted investor pipeline
  • Strengthen your investor pitch and pitch deck
  • Prepare for due diligence and investor follow-up
  • Identify the gaps in your own investment readiness

And this isn't just a workshop where you sit and listen.

You'll work through an Investor Ready Workbook throughout the session and leave with a preliminary fundraising strategy, investor pipeline, readiness assessment, and 30-day action plan for moving your company forward.

Your Investment: $50

Think of it as an investment in understanding how investors see your business and making sure you're prepared before you ask them to invest in it.

Whether you're actively preparing to raise or simply trying to understand what you need to accomplish before approaching investors, this workshop will help you identify where you are today and what needs to happen next.
